Book Release
My first cookbook I photographed finally hit stores today. I just saw my first printed copy and I am beyond stoked. It was so surreal to see all the hard work come together into one book. Melissa is such an amazing, sweet, and inspiring person and to have her as a supporter truly made the experience all the better. It was both of our first cookbooks that we had done so we made a great team. To see it so successful already is a dream come true. Sitting in the middle of the isle and flipping through it at Barnes and Noble brought me to tears. I hope she is as pleased with it as I am.
Besides the fact that I photographed it and want to promote it as much as possible, I really do suggest that everyone go pick up a copy. It is really reasonably priced and has some amazing recipes in it. I am not even a vegan and enjoyed everything that I tasted. If you are a fan of healthy eating, cooking, or just good food, you will enjoy this book.
